Leslie Martin
Leslie relocated to Washington state from the East Coast with her preschool-aged daughter in 2014. Prior to her career as a Center Director for KinderCare, Leslie worked in management for ten years and brings her experience in building lasting, meaningful relationships into the center everyday.

Jessica Mitts
Ms. Jessica joined the Midway KinderCare family in December 2013 as the Discovery Preschool teacher. She has worked in Early Childhood Education since 2001. She moved into the Assistant Director role at Midway in April 2014. When she is not working, Ms. Jessica enjoys being a mom.
