Deanna has many classes in Elementary Education and Early child development. In 2008 she was promoted to Center Director at the Panther Lake KinderCare. She has drive to be the best she can be, and wants that for her center, staff, and families; which is why she is conducting the self study for her center to become accredited. She has two boys of her own, which are her passion in life. She runs on the belief that it takes a village to teach little people to be big people one day.
Ms. Sayera moved to Russia and then to the United States. She can speak Uzbek, Turkish, Russian, and English. Her goal when she came to the USA was to be a teacher. She attended Green River Community College, and studied English and Child Development. She feels the teachers at the college helped her to become a better teacher, and wants to continue her education. She teaches her one year old class with the same respect and love as her own children. Her class brings her much joy and happiness. She feels with KinderCare she has accomplished her dream and is contributing to her new country.
Ms. Donna was born in Texas, but has lived in Washington state most of her life. She is a mother of six children, and has a sweet little dog. She believes that being a mom is the best job ever, which led her to her position at KinderCare. Ms. Donna is the infant room teacher. She enjoys watching the babies grow, and learn new abilities. Her best joy is watching the babies laugh, play, and gets their first teeth. She understands the amazing trust parents put into her each day to watch their most prized possessions. She wants to further her education to be the best prepared to help the little people she works with.
Ms. Rachelle was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Her father was a Colonel in the Marine Corps, so she moved all over the USA, and at one time lived in Okinawa, Japan. In Japan she worked at the School of Hope with children that had special needs. She also has worked as a volunteer for the Special Olympics. Rachelle is a mother of three grown children. Once her children went to school, it became apparent to her of the influence she had on the education of her children. She decided to pursue her goal to teach children. Ms. Rachelle is the Prekindergarten teacher, and her essential responsibilities are to get her class ready for Kindergarten.
Ms. Mary is currently the Program Supervisor for our center and is acting as the Assistant to the Director. She has two children that mean the world to her. She loves being a teacher, and being able to mold and build children’s self esteem. Her future goals are to become a full time Assistant Director, and to train teachers to learn the best way to support children and families. In her free time she enjoys outdoor activities and being with her family.
